What it does

ShapeSync reads your Apple Health data from whatever apps you already use — Yazio, MyFitnessPal, Apple Watch, Wahoo — and turns it into a dashboard that explains what's happening with your weight. Two things nobody else seems to do: real plateau detection with trend smoothing + goal-date projection, and a personal Apple Watch calorie-burn calibration that corrects for the Watch's known inaccuracy using your real weight data. 100% private: everything stays on your iPhone, no account, no cloud.
