SheetMergy
Automate document generation from any spreadsheet or API
What it does
SheetMergy automates document generation from your data. Connect Google Sheets, Excel, or any API — set up a template in Google Docs or Word — and generate hundreds of personalized invoices, certificates, contracts, or reports in seconds. Unlike basic mail merge tools, SheetMergy supports multiple sheet tabs, advanced filtering, grouping by date or value, scheduled automation, full run history, and built-in email delivery. Set it up once and it runs on its own every month.
Create personalized documents, PDFs, and emails automatically from Google Sheets data. A document automation platform with a Google Workspace add-on.
Turn Google Sheets, Excel, custom tables, or an API payload into personalised PDFs, Word docs, and emails — at scale. Use the dashboard, the Google Sheets add-on, webhooks, or embed it straight into your product. From a single sheet to a full programmatic pipeline — one platform, every path into a generated document. Use {{placeholders}} in Google Docs or upload DOCX templates. Merge tags are auto-detected and mapped to your spreadsheet columns. Build complex filter rules with AND/OR logic and 10+ operators. Only process rows that match your exact criteria. Set jobs to run hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. Automate recurring reports and documents hands-free. Send generated documents to…from sheetmergy.com

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
