In plain words
Giftit uses an AI persona called Sherlock to help people find gifts by having anonymous conversations with friends on messaging apps like WhatsApp and iMessage. The AI asks friends about their gift wishes, then shares the conversation transcript and shopping suggestions with the gift-giver. The service is designed for anyone looking to discover what their friends actually want to receive as presents.
