Most contract disputes don't start at the contract. They start before it, in the negotiation, the promises, the documents exchanged. Shield captures everything before a contract is signed and seals it with SHA-256 hashing and RFC 3161 timestamping. Every message, document view, negotiation step, and approval becomes tamper-proof and court-admissible. When someone says "that's not what we agreed," you have proof.
