What it does

ShopPulse is a performance intelligence tool for automotive service businesses. It takes the reports shops already export from systems like Shopmonkey, Tekmetric, Mitchell1, AutoLeap, QuickBooks, or similar platforms and turns them into a clear money-leak breakdown. Instead of making an owner dig through spreadsheets, ShopPulse shows: * where profit is leaking * which repair orders caused it * which advisor or technician is tied to it * whether parts margin is below target
