Simple Step Tracker

What it does

Most step counters ignore vertical movement. I built Simple Step Tracker to explore a better approach by combining GPS and barometer data to estimate elevation during workouts. It’s not perfect (smartphone sensors are tricky), but it gives a more realistic picture of activity — especially for stairs, hills, and outdoor workouts. Built with a focus on accuracy, simplicity, and efficiency.
