What it does
SiteChat adds Live Chat and AI Customer support to your website. Help your website visitors find the information and products they are looking for. See what your visitors are doing on the SiteChat App and how they found you. And.. talk to your website!
SiteChat watches your visitors, answers their questions with AI, tracks your Google rankings, monitors competitors, and traces every sale back to its source. The essential companion for website owners who refuse to fly blind.
Your website visitors have questions, your competitors are making moves, and sales are slipping through the cracks. SiteChat watches, listens, and engages — so you never miss what matters. People are browsing your site right now. You don't know who they are, what they're looking at, or why they leave without buying. A potential customer visits your site, has a question, finds no one to ask — and quietly moves on to a competitor. While you're focused on running your business, competitors climb the search rankings and capture the customers that should be yours. SiteChat combines visitor intelligence, AI-powered conversations, SEO tracking, competitor analysis, and ecommerce…from getsitechat.com

Since I track everything digitally (some people still just use paper logbooks!), I put together some data visualizations and a few 3D globes to show my flying history. This globe is probably my favourite so far: https://jameshard.ing/pilot/globes/all If you’ve got ideas for other graphs or ways to show this kind of data, I’d love to hear them!

Over the next 9 months, I sent 15 emails to try to save it : no replies. Feature requests & issues were ignored. The community was left with a "broken" tool let's say. I couldn't just let it die So I built the new version from scratch with the same open-source spirit, but a better…
