Sketchfab Download API

What it does

Sketchfab Download API lets you search, browse and import Sketchfab content from third party applications. More than 150,000 3D models available under creative common licenses, for your 3D, VR and AR projects.

The Download API is an extension of the Data API . It’s a REST-like API that allows developers to download 3D models from Sketchfab. Sketchfab provides a library of over 1 million free models , available under Creative Commons licenses. Most models allow commercial use. Models are available in glTF, GLB, and USDZ formats . Models are not currently available in their source formats such as FBX and OBJ through the API. Downloading models requires users to be authenticated with a Sketchfab account. This means that end-users must be able to log in or create a Sketchfab account inside your application.
