Slackgpt brings ChatGPT to your Slack channels
Hi HN community, Here's a little project to add a chatgpt bot to slack so that you and your friends/coworkers can all interact with it together. It's pretty fun. It runs on AWS lambda to take advantage of the benefits associated with serverless infrastructure. Right now it just exposes vanilla chatgpt; however, the code is simple and extensible enough that you can add features and prompts as you want.
Slackgpt brings ChatGPT to your Slack channels launched on May 1, 2023 with 6 votes, #2,023 of 4,910 launches that month and more than 50% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 3 years on.
