What it does
General AI and AI therapy Apps are not the same. Sokoon is built with clinical psychologists, grounded in CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, and not hollow replies. Your AI character remembers your history, your patterns, your progress. The relationship grows. It never resets on you. Your story is encrypted. Emotionally consistent. Available at 3 am when nothing else is. Not a replacement for therapy. But it can be the thing that exists for every quiet moment when you can't talk to anyone.

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
