StackShift is an infrastructure ownership platform for deploying and operating software from one control plane. It goes beyond traditional hosting by supporting hosted deployments, bring-your-own servers, bring-your-own cloud accounts, and bring-your-own outbound email providers/smtp. Teams can deploy apps, manage databases, domains, DNS, email hosting, logs, metrics, backups, billing, teams, and use AI-assisted failure diagnosis in one place.

Hey HN! Happy to finally launch Stack. We made it because we like to put apps into production quickly, and authentication & user management was taking up way too much time. We have components like and that automatically adapt to whatever theme & design system you're using. Check the blog post to see the example with Radix UI and Joy UI. Over the past week I built a project to let people self-host an entire maps stack so they don't have to send data to the big G. Right now it includes a base map, geocoder and directions server. Currently only bicycle directions are supported, and I'm only hosting tiles for Seattle because I'm unemployed and can't afford to host data for the whole planet.
