I work on a Mac all day and kept realizing I'd been sitting for hours without moving. I tried a few stand-up reminder apps, but most felt intrusive or subscription-based. So I built Standro, a tiny macOS menu bar app that gently reminds you to stand up. Runs offline, respects Focus mode, stays out of the way. One-time $2.99 on the Mac App Store. No subscription.
