Hi HN, I manage short term rentals and always send guests my direct booking. I see others constantly post on reddit asking for tips for direct booking and how to do it. So I have been aggregating the free direct booking sites PMS's give their hosts into one large booking site with a shared map. Airbnb, VRBO, Booking and other OTAs have gone too far with their commissions and its costing guests and hosts a lot of money. You just select dates and click book on the preview and it loads the listing with the dates selected to see if available and if so the price and can book it.
StayThere launched on August 28, 2026 with 9 votes, #1,116 of 23,274 launches that month and more than 90% of that year's launches.
What it does
Search platform to eliminate Airbnb Fees and commissions for Guests and Hosts once and for all. 126k listings from over 4500 independent hosts direct booking websites. Hosts can add their listing by copy and pasting the url into the add property button in the top right. Just one URL and I am able to import all listings and have live pricing and availability included in search results. Reservation flow leads to the individual direct booking sites checkout page where you book directly.
Find vacation rentals, compare live availability and trip totals, and book directly with independent hosts. StayThere adds no booking commission.
