Stowe

What it does

Stowe is a free desktop app for people who pay medical expenses out-of-pocket and want to reimburse themselves from their HSA years later — legally and with a clean paper trail. The IRS allows this strategy (called "deferred reimbursement"), but it requires you to keep every receipt for every expense, indefinitely. Stowe makes that manageable. Stowe stores everything locally — receipts folder on your own machine. No account required, no files sent to a server, no subscription.
