What it does

Stryde lets you run live with friends—no matter where they are. Unlike typical tracking apps, Stryde makes running social: start group runs, see friends’ progress in real time, and stay motivated together. Compete on local leaderboards, join fun challenges, and share your runs easily. It’s real connection and accountability, not just another fitness log.
