SuperBot adds an AI support and live-chat widget to your online store. It uses your products, collections, pages, policies, and approved Q&A entries to answer shopper questions. Customers can find products, check recent order status using their order number and email, and request help from your team. Customize the widget, review conversations in one inbox, and test answers before publishing changes. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days.
