Sweetpad – VS Code extension for building iOS/Swift apps

What it does

xcodebuild for humans. Build, run, debug, and test iOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and visionOS apps from your terminal, without opening Xcode. No Xcode window, no editor required.
