Tab Review Marker

Turn open tabs into a visible review queue

What it does

Mark each source as To Review, Reviewed, or Needs Attention directly on its favicon. Add notes, keep duplicate tabs in sync, and export a local review queue for ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex without sending page content anywhere.

See what needs review, what is done, and what needs attention directly in your Chrome tab strip.

Mark every source as To Review, Reviewed, or Needs Attention. The status stays visible on its favicon while you read, compare, and prepare. Available now on the Chrome Web Store. Review states and notes stay local to your browser. Choose one of three unmistakable states from the extension popup. The original favicon stays recognizable, with a compact status badge layered on top. Add a note, review the current-window queue, and export organized source metadata for your AI workflow. Tab Review Marker stores review metadata on your device. There is no account, analytics service, backend, or page-content extraction. Nothing is exported until you choose to copy or downloadfrom arielsmoliar.github.io

  • I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role. The app allows you to define time budgets, which are not much more than a few mutually exclusive countdown timers. The UX is essentially that of a chess clock for an arbitrary number of players with configurable time. The whole point of the app is to kick you out of the running role/priority when its time is up.
