What it does

TalkPulse Native is a free Windows desktop app for private offline dictation. Press `F9`, speak, and paste transcribed text into any app without login, subscriptions, telemetry, or cloud audio upload.

TalkPulse is a tiny floating bar that lives at the bottom of your screen. Press a hotkey, speak a sentence — even a paragraph — and your words appear in whatever you're typing into. Email, code editor, browser, Slack. The model runs on your machine. No accounts, no API keys, no audio ever leaves your laptop. No subscriptions. No "credits". No "AI rewrite premium tier". Just a microphone shortcut that works the way you'd expect — and stays out of your way. The speech model lives inside the app. Your audio never leaves your machine — no network calls, not even the first time you open it. Default is F9 — change it to anything you like.
