Tamper – Devtools extension. Edit remote files locally

In plain words

Tamper is a devtools extension that intercepts browser requests using mitmproxy to serve local files instead of remote ones. Developers can edit website files locally and test changes directly in Chrome without modifying the live server. The tool sits between the browser and web, allowing users to either let requests proceed normally or substitute them with local versions, making it useful for testing and development workflows.
