What it does

Bytebase already provides a GUI for you to manage databases, but if you have tens or hundreds of database instances for different environments, the Terraform provider will definitely save you time and effort.

With Terraform Bytebase Provider, teams can codify Bytebase resource configurations, including environments, database instances, and roles via Terraform.

Terraform is the most widely used open-source tool that allows you to manage and provision infrastructure using code. It is known for its ability to work across multiple cloud providers, reusability, versioning, flexibility, and active community. Terraform providers are plugins that enable Terraform to communicate and manage resources on various cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, as well as SaaS vendors like Datadog, MongoDB, Elastic, and etc. Some Bytebase customers use Terraform to manage their infrastructure resources, and they want to use it to manage their Bytebase resources such as environments and database instances. Hi HN, Two years ago, I started building Jinear as a side project for fun. Then my wife started using it to plan her PhD thesis. I added features as we needed them. After a while, my best friend started using it in his small company, so I thought maybe I could productize it. You can create tasks, set reminders, attach files, link your Google Calendar, etc. It can be used as a PWA. We've been using it daily. I would be happy to receive your feedback. Thanks.

It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…
