Hi HN. I'm a founder working on a sales tool. I found my own pitch was a major weak point, so I created a 10-point framework to grade it objectively based on best practices (value prop, social proof, etc.). I'm trying to validate if this is a problem other founders face. The scorecard is just a simple page with the checklist. Any feedback on the framework itself would be really appreciated.

I was working on validating some of my own project ideas. While trying to find how to validate my idea, I realized the process itself could be turned into a tool. A few late nights later, I had something that takes any startup idea, fetches discussions, summarizes sentiment, and gives a quick “validation score.” It’s very rough, but it works, and it’s already making me rethink a few of my own ideas. I was the main contributor to workout.lol, an open-source fitness app to easily build a workout routine. The project had traction (1.4k GitHub stars, 95 forks, ~20K visits/month), but was eventually sold due to video licensing hurdles. The new owner stopped maintaining it, and the repo went abandoned.
