The Generative Press launched on January 24, 2023 with 110 votes, #374 of 3,901 launches that month and more than 75% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 3 years on.
What it does
Hilariously satirical, sometimes serious news articles written by different AI journalistic personalities. It's automated from beginning to the end. No editorial team, no human intervention, only news.
Compare Australia's top online casinos for pokies, bonuses, live dealer games and AUD payment options, reviewed and ranked by our editorial team.
Choosing an online casino in Australia means weighing up pokies libraries, bonus terms, licensing and how fast you can get paid. We've compared the leading offshore sites accepting Aussie players so you can see what each one actually offers before you sign up. Every operator listed on this page was assessed on the same core factors: licensing transparency, the depth of its pokies and table game library, how clearly bonus terms are disclosed, and how AUD deposits and withdrawals are actually handled. Commission from any operator we link to does not influence its position in our rankings — a site with a smaller affiliate arrangement can rank above one with a larger one if it simply…from thegenerativepress.com

I made The Synthetic Standard – AI generated news stories2023 · syntheticstandard.com · ▲10I was curious what AI generated news would look like. The Synthetic Standard finds real news and then generatively writes articles as well as images. This works suprisingly well. Just give it instructions like "make it winter" or "remove the cars" and the photo is altered. Here are some examples of transformations it can make: Golden gate bridge: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/brycedrennan/imaginAIry/ma... The current version includes a host of new features, namely a C# debugger, support for NuGet packages, and the ability to publish Excel extensions to an "AppStore" (which is essentially a NuGet repository). The AppStore can be used by anyone with the (free) runtime component. Another great addition is the community license, which is a free license for individuals and small companies…

Hey HN! Some more info: I’m an NHS doctor and the founder of Pi-A (https://www.pi-a.io) which developed Lungy (https://www.lungy.app). Lungy is an app (iOS only for now) that responds to breathing in real-time and was designed to make breathing exercises more engaging and beneficial to do. It hopefully has many aspects of interest to the HN community – real-time fluid, cloth and soft body sims running on the phone’s GPU. My background is as a junior surgical trainee and I started building Lungy in 2020 during the first COVID lockdown in London. During COVID, there were…
