Strategic Marketing That Drives Business Growth
What it does
The Marketing Conservatory is a Las Vegas strategic marketing agency aligning brand positioning, campaigns, and digital execution to drive real growth.
From strategy to execution, every service we offer connects back to one thing: growing your business. Most competitive businesses aren’t struggling from lack of effort. They’re struggling from lack of alignment. You’re great at what you do, but potential customers just don’t see it with your website. Marketing is happening, but it’s not clearly tied to measurable growth. Your messaging shifts across platforms, locations, or campaigns. You’re running ads, updating your site, posting content, but nothing feels like it’s working. Your marketing doesn’t reflect how your business actually grows. You’ve hit a ceiling, and more tactics aren’t…from themarketingconservatory.com

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
