The Page

Find trusted local tradespeople in London

The Page launched on July 12, 2023 with 2 votes. The site was still online in September 2026, 3 years on.

What it does

The Page helps you find top-rated, qualified and highly skilled local tradespeople to do specific jobs. We meet all our tradespeople in person and visit their previous jobs. Send an enquiry and get a curated list tailored to your needs.

Find trusted builders in London with full project support. Compare quotes, stay protected, and renovate confidently. Free for homeowners.

From planning through to the build, we’re by your side for the whole project. No two projects are the same, so we don’t run them the same; different builders, different scopes and different guidance. One brief sent to all builders, so they’re quoting on the same project. Fully reconciled so they’re actually comparable and you know exactly what you’d be paying for. Most help stops when the builder starts. That’s the point ours matters most. Same person, same group chat, right through to the last item on the snag list. I’m very grateful to The Page for connecting me to such a good builder and supporting me through the entire project start to finish. This…from the-page.co.uk

I saw this [0] pretty cool thread by user revskill, and wanted a quicker way to search through it, but also to keep them all in one place so I can read them at my leisure whenever I get time. Right now is like 60 lines of Ruby using Nokogiri, but I will certainly look into it further down the line and improve the list. There's a cronjob checking the thread every 12 hours but I will eventually shut that down and it will become static after that. There are some really awesome blogs in there. I really recommend going through the list, it made my day. [0] "Could you share your personal blog…
