Ticket Artisan – Create Project Tickets Directly from Designs
Hey HN, As a Technical Product Manager, I've been exploring AI applications in development workflows. This led me to create Ticket Artisan – a tool that generates project tickets from designs using GPT vision. It's been a huge time-saver, automatically crafting detailed tickets with acceptance criteria and potential blockers. I'd love your thoughts on it, especially from those in agile environments. How can it better fit your needs? Looking forward to your feedback!
Ticket Artisan – Create Project Tickets Directly from Designs launched on January 23, 2024 with 6 votes, #2,120 of 4,437 launches that month and more than 50% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 2 years on.

Flows2024 · flows.sh · ▲239If you’ve ever tried building onboarding or product adoption with Appcues, Chameleon, Userflow, WalkMe, or Usetiful, you’ve probably hit the same two problems: 1. Everything is rendered with JavaScript overlays 2. Customization is a nightmare A little backstory: When I was choosing an onboarding tool for my previous project, nothing matched what I needed. So I had to build my own. With help from IntroJS I built onboarding solution that I needed: Tooltips, Modals, custom CSS, waiting for interactions, and saving the state into the database. It worked… but it took way more time than it should…

Hey HN, I built ProductMap AI, a tool that automatically identifies features implemented in source code and organizes them in a visual hierarchy. The goal is to help developers quickly understand poorly documented codebases. Link: https://product-map.ai/ I’d love feedback from the HN community! Let me know what you think. Would this be useful for you?
I replaced Beads with a faster, simpler Markdown-based task trackerJan 2026 · github.com · ▲84I've been running long duration coding agents with Claude Code for about 6 months now. Steve Yegge released Beads back in October and I found that giving Claude tools for proper task tracking was a massive unlock. But Beads grew massively in a short time and every release made it slower and more frustrating to use. I started battling it several times a week as its background daemon took to syncing the wrong things at the wrong times. Over the holidays I finally ripped it out and wrote ticket as a replacement. It keeps the core concept I actually cared about (graph-based task dependencies)…
