Svenskt system för schema, tidrapportering, frånvaro och semester. OB och övertid räknas ut automatiskt och exporteras som PAXml till ditt lönesystem.

Någon ska ändå reda ut vilka timmar som är OB, vilka som är övertid och vad som ska redovisas som semester. Timply har redan gjort det när du öppnar filen. De flesta system kan visa hur många timmar någon har jobbat. Det svåra är att göra om timmarna till något ett svenskt lönesystem läser in utan att någon räknar om dem för hand. Timply gör den delen. Varje timme får sin lönekod, och du laddar ner en PAXml 2.0-fil, läser in den i lönesystemet och kontrollerar summorna. Timply räknar utifrån de regler du lägger in: dina OB-fönster, den avtalade tiden per anställd, din semesterårsstart.
