TKYO Drift

New open-source tool tracks drift in text-to-text AI models

TKYO Drift launched on April 18, 2025 with 5 votes. The site was still online in September 2026, 1 year on.

What it does

AI models degrade over time due to data drift, concept drift, or external changes, leading to worse predictions without developers noticing. Many teams lack visibility into how AI models evolve in production. - oslabs-beta/tkyo-drift

Hi HN! We’re the team behind Fiddler, and we recently built an Agent Cache feature. It works by capturing an LLM request/response pair and, once caching is enabled, serving subsequent matching calls locally so duplicate requests never hit the provider. It’s meant to reduce three pains that show up together in agent development: token cost, feedback-loop latency, and output non-determinism. We’d love to hear your thoughts.

Most AI agents forget everything between sessions. We built DeltaMemory to fix that. It's a cognitive memory layer that gives agents persistent recall, automatic fact extraction, and temporal reasoning — via a single SDK call. Key numbers: - 89% accuracy on LoCoMo long-term conversation benchmark - 50ms p50 retrieval latency - 97% cost reduction vs raw token re-processing Open source SDKs, works with any LLM stack. Currently in early access. Happy to answer questions about the architecture, benchmark methodology, or how we handle knowledge graphs.

  • Hi everyone, I built PyXL — a hardware processor that executes a custom assembly generated from Python programs, without using a traditional interpreter or virtual machine. It compiles Python -> CPython Bytecode -> Instruction set designed for direct hardware execution. I’m sharing an early benchmark: a GPIO test where PyXL achieves a 480ns round-trip toggle — compared to 14-25 micro seconds on a MicroPython Pyboard - even though PyXL runs at a lower clock (100MHz vs. 168MHz). The design is stack-based, fully pipelined, and preserves Python's dynamic typing without static type restrictions.…
