TokenFuel

What it does

Most AI usage trackers stop at charts. TokenFuel turns local activity from Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Qwen Code, OpenCode, and Windsurf into a private Mac dashboard and an optional weekly league. Compare overall or agent-specific activity, follow rank changes and streaks, and build monthly history. Only anonymous totals sync when you join; prompts, code, filenames, raw logs, and saved items stay on your Mac.

  I use Claude Code, Codex and Cursor (and sometimes Antigravity) basically every day, and could never tell how much I was actually consuming across all of them. So I built TokenMaxxer. A small CLI reads the files these tools already write locally and puts it all in one dashboard, broken out by tool, model, provider and day. The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it.
