tpmjs
tpmjs is the tool layer for AI agents. Curate tools from npm into a collection, then serve that exact set as a CLI, an MCP server, a REST API, a typed SDK, or a loadable skill — each one health-scored and sandboxed. One source of truth, every protocol. Open source.

What it does
TPMJS is an open registry for AI agent tools published to npm. Add the tpmjs-tool keyword + minimal metadata, and TPMJS auto-indexes your package, extracts tool schemas, and makes tools discoverable for developers and agents. Agents can plug in with two tools (search + execute) to access a large catalog without manual imports.
tpmjs is the tool layer for AI agents. Curate a collection once, then hand it to any agent the way that agent wants it — a CLI command, an MCP server, a REST endpoint, a typed SDK, or a loadable skill. One curated, health-scored, sandboxed source of truth; every protocol. There's no MCP-vs-CLI-vs-REST war to pick a side in — you get all of them. Skip the account setup and configuration wizard. Public collections are already live MCP servers, so your first useful action is one terminal command. No TPMJS account or token is needed to connect this public collection. Paste one command, then confirm the server in Claude Code. $ claude mcp add --transport http tpmjs-ajax-weapons…from tpmjs.com

Agents.json – OpenAPI Specification for LLMs2025 · github.com · ▲212Hey HN, we’re building an open specification that lets agents discover and invoke APIs with natural language, built on the OpenAPI standard. agents.json clearly defines the contract between LLMs and API as a standard that's open, observable, and replicable. Here’s a walkthrough of how it works: https://youtu.be/kby2Wdt2Dtk?si=59xGCDy48Zzwr7ND. There’s 2 parts to this: 1. An agents.json file describes how to link API calls together into outcome-based tools for LLMs. This file sits alongside an OpenAPI file. 2. The agents.json SDK loads agents.json files as tools for an LLM that…
Gram FunctionsNov 2025 · speakeasy.com · ▲119Hi HN, Georges from the Gram team here. We're really excited to share a major update to Gram, our platform for curating tools for agents, in the form of Gram Functions. Gram initially started out by letting users upload OpenAPI documents and turning them into tools that can be curated into small MCP servers that power your agentic use cases. We've known for quite some time that many existing REST APIs are simply not suitable as LLM tools and we wanted to solve this problem by letting users simply write code and we would take care of deploying that code for them and hosting MCP servers. We…

Community, All the HN belong to you. This is an archive of hacker news that fits in your browser. When I made HN Made of Primes I realized I could probably do this offline sqlite/wasm thing with the whole GBs of archive. The whole dataset. So I tried it, and this is it. Have Hacker News on your device. Go to this repo (https://github.com/DOSAYGO-STUDIO/HackerBook): you can download it. Big Query -> ETL -> npx serve docs - that's it. 20 years of HN arguments and beauty, can be yours forever. So they'll never die. Ever. It's the unkillable static archive of HN and it's…
