UEG is a deterministic CLI for command execution with receipts, replay, and tamper detection. It helps DevOps, infrastructure, security, and AI-agent teams prove what actually happened during command execution instead of relying only on terminal history and exit codes. UEG is local-first, replayable, auditable, and built for workflows where execution evidence matters.
