What it does

find it hard to understand long github repos and pdfs? struggle no more, just enter your mindpalace. mindpalace helps you understand the repo/pdf visually by providing concise explanations along with mindmaps. and the ask ai feature allows you to ask anything about it. hop into your mindpalace - understand visually, understand better - 1rvinn/mindpalace

lately, i have been finding it really hard to go through excruciatingly long github repos and make sense of them (thanks to my reels afflicted short attention span :)). so, i built mindpalace - a tool that allows you to to parse through github repos effectively by generating file-wise explanations, and workflow breakdowns while also generating mind maps for you to learn visually. and the rag based ask ai feature, that allows you to ask anything and everything about the repo, serves as a cherry on top. i have also extended the functionality to pdf documents. works on any device, no api keys reqd, no downloads reqd. flowchart TD; A[user input]-->|"github repo"|B[github_scraper.py] A --> |"pdf…from github.com

Simon(sfarshid) and I spend a lot of time on GitHub. As data nerds we put together a quick tool to explore your repository’s data. How it works: - Data Loading: We use dlt to pull data (issues, PRs, commits, stars) from GitHub - Semantic Layer: Relta wraps the underlying dataset into a semantic layer so the LLM doesn’t hallucinate. - Text-to-SQL: A text-to-SQL agent transforms your plain-English question into a query using the semantic layer - Generative Charts: assistant-ui dynamically generates a chart based on the SQL query - Refinements: If the semantic layer can’t handle your question,…

  • Hi everyone, I built PyXL — a hardware processor that executes a custom assembly generated from Python programs, without using a traditional interpreter or virtual machine. It compiles Python -> CPython Bytecode -> Instruction set designed for direct hardware execution. I’m sharing an early benchmark: a GPIO test where PyXL achieves a 480ns round-trip toggle — compared to 14-25 micro seconds on a MicroPython Pyboard - even though PyXL runs at a lower clock (100MHz vs. 168MHz). The design is stack-based, fully pipelined, and preserves Python's dynamic typing without static type restrictions.…
