Userscom

The support tool that can refund, cancel & fix

What it does

Userscom is customer support software for indie hackers and small teams. It combines live chat, ticketing, and payment tools (Stripe, Paddle) in one lightweight widget, so you can reply, issue a refund, or cancel a subscription without ever leaving the conversation. Flat pricing, no per-seat fees, 2-minute setup.

Userscom is customer support software with native Stripe, Paddle Billing & Paddle Classic integrations. Live chat, AI-organised tickets, and built-in refund & cancellation workflows, right from the ticket. From $20/mo.

Refund the charge, fix the account, send the reply, without leaving the chat. Customers feel looked after. You get your time back. From $20/mo. Most helpdesks only hold the conversation. Userscom finishes the job. Money and account actions stay in the ticket. Simple. No bloat. Fast widget. Flat pricing, so bootstrappers can actually use the powerful parts. Stripe, Paddle, and Custom Actions sit next to the conversation. That is the product, not a feature buried in a grid. Fast chat, AI that organises and drafts, shared inbox. No marketing suite bolted on. Look up customers, view subscriptions, issue refunds, and cancel, right from the ticket. Billing + Classic. Call your own platform APIs…from userscom.com

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
