What it does

VitalDay reads your Apple Health data every morning and tells you what kind of day you actually have before it starts. You get a Readiness score and a day type: Powerhouse Day, Steady Delivery Day, Build Day, Low-Margin Day, or Recovery-First Day. In the evening, Night Prep helps you wind down with a routine, habit check-in, and target bedtime. No wearable required. No subscription. No cloud. Everything stays on your device. Bilingual: English and Spanish.
