VMFit: Run, Walk, Bike & More

Track every run, walk, ride and workout with VMFit.

What it does

VMFit is a lightweight, private, ad-free activity tracker for running, walking, cycling, hiking, gym workouts and more. Record GPS routes, view clear stats, charts, weather, hydration and CO₂ saved, and follow progress over time. Import/export GPX files, back up and sync with Google Drive, share workouts with map/photo overlays, or upload to Strava. Your history stays on device, so you can track every move without ads or cloud lock-in. Built for simple, battery-friendly everyday training.

We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
