In plain words

WakeMyself is a sleep assistance service that lets users record personalized wake-up messages to themselves and receive them as phone calls the next morning. It addresses oversleeping by having users leave a message that plays back during their alarm time, creating a motivational reminder from their previous self. The service also includes a dream recording feature that captures voice memos immediately upon waking, allowing users to preserve dream details before they fade from memory.
