In plain words

Weld Websites is a visual CMS that allows users to create animated, interactive web content on existing platforms without requiring developers or agencies. The tool functions similarly to design software like Keynote or Illustrator but is built for web development. It enables designers and non-technical users to build responsive websites across all devices, work faster, and reduce costs by eliminating the need for external help.
