I had problems scheduling company get together. 3 days in next 3 months, 12 people, whats the best date for that? I've build the solution to my problem (human coded haha) and recently is started getting traction which is nice, so we added Slack integration (Claude coded). WhenNOT flips the question: instead of "when are you available?", we ask "when are you NOT available?" It's completely free - no premium tiers, no limits. I built it because I needed it for my own team.
WhenNOT.com launched on April 16, 2024 with 7 votes, #1,479 of 4,347 launches that month. The site was still online in September 2026, 2 years on.

WhenNOT is the group scheduler that asks the easier question. Create a poll, share the link, and find the best dates or times for your group. Pick the dates you'd consider. Use whole days for a trip, or time slots for a meeting. Paste it in the group chat. Responders cross out the dates or times that don't work, enter their name and email, and send their answer. No password or app needed. WhenNOT ranks the slots nobody objected to, you lock one in, and it sends calendar invites to everyone who answered. Start with the conflicts people already know about.
