What it does

WorksHub brings together communities of tech talent. Through our dedicated hubs and AI Recruiter (which we call Codi 🤖 ) we enable specialist talent to discover the world's most innovative tech companies 🦄, share new ideas and access the latest market trends.

Community-powered hiring for tech teams. Curated roles in AI, blockchain, functional programming, JavaScript, Go, Python and Java — with referral bounties.

Some roles carry a signing bonus paid straight to you if you're hired. Others carry a referral bounty — typically £4k–£18k — split between whoever refers the hire and the hire themselves. Your ad goes live across every WorksHub community, and the network can refer people they rate. Add a bounty and you only pay out when a referred hire sticks. Single ads from £200 + VAT, or full-service recruitment at 20% of first-yearfrom works-hub.com
