WWDC Community Pins

What it does

WWDC Community Pins is a collectible enamel pin series celebrating Apple 50th BDay, the upcoming WWDC and the developer culture. Designed by a long-time WWDC attendee, the collection references moments every Apple developer recognizes: Swift 6, Apple Intelligence, Apple Park coordinates, and a few inside jokes from the WWDC crowd. After successful campaigns in 2021 and 2024, the 2026 edition is now live on Kickstarter.

  Hi HN, I’ve been attending WWDC for ~16 years, and over time I noticed that people remember the small moments more than the announcements. Since 2017, Apple has been giving collectible pins, and they became a small part of the culture. When WWDC went fully online, that disappeared. So I started designing my own enamel pins inspired by those moments. I ran campaigns in 2021 and 2024 (both produced and shipped), and just launched a new one for 2026 — currently ~75% funded after a week. Happy to answer questions about the process or manufacturing.
