What it does

Xaply is an edge-native URL shortener built on Cloudflare, made for people who care about speed and teams who need control. Every redirect fires instantly from an edge cache while click analytics log in the background so visitors never wait. Shorten links with custom slugs, QR codes, passwords and expiry dates. Track clicks by country, city, device, and etc. Free plan included, no card needed. Pro and Business plans add bigger limits, year-plus analytics history, multi workspaces and team roles.

Xaply is a free URL shortener with the fastest Cloudflare edge redirects, real-time analytics, QR codes, and a Business plan for teams: workspaces, 50 seats, and webhooks. Built for creators, marketers, and companies.

Free URL shortener with the fastest Cloudflare redirects. Turn long URLs into go.xaply.in links. Analytics for everyone, workspaces and webhooks for business teams. Three problems every link tool should solve. We focus on these and skip the rest. Every short link resolves on Cloudflare's edge network, not a single far-away server. Hot slugs stay in KV cache. Visitors hit your destination before they can blink. Clean redirects on every device, with click breakdowns for iOS, Android, and web. Every feature exists because a real link problem needed solving. No filler, no upsells for things we have not shipped. Long URLs become go.xaply.in links that resolve in milliseconds, anywhere on earth.…from xaply.in

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
