It's based on Slack and is operated via our Slack bots. Our goal is to connect top professionals from the XOR community and the most interesting projects around the world. Target customers are tech startups and software companies. They can leave instant hiring orders directly from their Slacks to the bot whenever they need an additional workforce for their engineering teams. Then XOR picks the most relevant candidate for this job from our community of pre-screened professionals. And integrates a new member into the development process faster than ever. So you easily get things done. We also provide guarantees for the qualification of our community members, rate varies from $50 to $150 per hour (depending on tasks). XOR is starting out in beta, and now we can process only a limited number of orders daily. During first couple of weeks we are going to focus on processing orders for Data Scientists and UI/UX/Designers first, and Developers afterwards Right now we are looking for betatesters (first of all tech companies from the US and Canada).
