Fill the grid with numbers 1-9 so that the sum of numbers in each row and column matches the given clues. Draw a single loop by connecting adjacent dots so that the numbers in cells indicate how many sides of that cell are part of the loop. Place light bulbs in the grid so that every white cell is illuminated and no two bulbs shine on each other.
