In plain words
Zb is a self-contained zip blog that lets users create and share blog content in a compressed format. Launched in 2022, it offers a lightweight alternative to traditional blogging platforms by packaging blog posts and assets into zip files. The tool is designed for anyone looking for a minimal, portable way to maintain a blog without requiring complex infrastructure or external dependencies.

I first saw the concept of single binary websites in Ted Unangst's blog where he complained that Go couldn't do this just as easily, because of its broken support for embedded Zip files. As I play with both Go and Rust every now and then, I thought "how hard could it be to do it in Rust?". You'll need a Zip file, containing your…from code.rosaelefanten.org

I built a frontpage for personal blogsApr 2026 · text.blogosphere.app · ▲783With social media and now AI, its important to keep the indie web alive. There are many people who write frequently. Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. There are two versions: Minimal (HN-inspired, fast, static): https://text.blogosphere.app/ Non-minimal: https://blogosphere.app/ If you don't find your blog (or your favorite ones), please add them. I will review and approve it.

Hi HN community, I’m Zach, founder and CEO of Warp, and am excited to show you Warp, a fast Rust-based terminal that’s easy to use and built for teams. As of today, Warp is in public beta and any Mac user can download it. It works with bash, zsh, and fish. The terminal’s teletype-like interface has made it hard for the CLI to thrive. After 20 years of programming, I still find it hard to copy a command’s output; I always forget how to use `tar`; and I always have to relearn how to move my cursor. To fix fundamental accessibility issues, I believe we need to start innovating on the terminal,…
