Hey everyone, I recently built a free Chrome extension called Formula to LaTeX that lets you convert any formula from an image, screenshot directly into clean LaTeX code. No signup. Just: 1. Paste or drag & drop an image of the formula 2. Get the LaTeX code instantly 3. Copy it with one click It works great for math, physics, and chemistry formulas, super helpful if you're working on problem sets, papers, or presentations and don’t want to retype complex equations. Would love any feedback! I'm still improving it, so feel free to roast it or share ideas

Hey everyone, I was doing some tests with Gaussian Blur and the 2D Gaussian formula. While writing code for the formulas (I'm just trying to learn new things, that's all), I wanted to see LaTeX formulas in my IDE as images or in any convenient way. just wanted to share this useful tool with you. I have been looking at something like this for a very long time. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/css-used/cdopjfddj... what it does: it analyses your html dom and looks for css classes. Then it extracts it all and combines it into 1 single css file. I used 5 css framworks which was on 340kb kb. This tool made it 36kb!

Hi HN, author here. I built Tylax because I wanted to migrate my old LaTeX papers to Typst but found existing regex-based scripts too fragile for nested environments. Tylax parses LaTeX into an AST (using mitex-parser) and converts it to Typst code. Hi there. I spent the last couple months building this chrome extension to scratch my own itch. It allows you to extract a snippet of HTML along with its styles and export to inline styles or JSX. It’s not perfect and doesn’t work on every site. There is class support but I am still working on it along with some other cool features. Feedback is appreciated.

Recently I'm working on CopyUI which is an extension to copy UI element from websites and export html(or jsx) and css(or tailwind). I'm building this tool in order to create better landing pages because I'm really not good at layout and colors. So I hope to learn from others' design and innovate later, not to simply replicate.
