Hey everyone, Really excited to share what I've been working on. Rapidpages is a prompt-first online IDE, think midjourney for front-end developers. I've been working on this for a while and it's great to see some interest from companies like Vercel in this space. All you need for self-hosting is an OpenAI key and a GitHub oauth app. Simply clone the repo and play with it. In the last few years I've been doing a lot of technical writing, both for my own programming blog and others, and I've noticed there is a lack of good tools for this kind of writing. We've been having a hard time getting feedback on our docs. Some people post GitHub issues or send us pull requests, but we've heard that the friction is too great for little things like typos, etc. We thought Vercel's preview might be a decent solution to lower the friction for people with Vercel accounts. Vercel injects a code bundle into the site, similar to a browser extension, automatically setting up a commenting system and UI for us. This project allows you to easily add a nice looking, mobile-friendly blog to your existing NextJS app without a lot of heavy dependencies or complex stuff to configure. You just set up a repo on GitHub with some markdown files with some metadata at the top, and it will automatically retrieve and convert the markdown to rich html/css blog posts that works well with SEO. I made it for my own webapp because I wanted something simple and easy and didn't want to deal with a complex library/system that does tons of stuff I don't care about.
