GraphBit▲437We built GraphBit to solve the reliability gap in AI frameworks. It’s built on a Rust execution core with a Python layer for accessibility — deterministic orchestration, lock-free concurrency, and built-in observability. We’d love feedback from the HN community, especially from those running multi-LLM or agentic workflows at scale.

Hello HN! The day has finally come to stop adding features and start sharing what I've been building the last 5-6 months. It's a bit of CrewAI, OpenDevon, LangFuse/Cloud all in one, providing devs who prefer TypeScript an integrated framework thats provides a lot out of the box to start experimenting and building agents with. It started after peeking at the LangChain docs a few times and never liking the example code. I began experimenting with automating a simple Jira request from the engineering team to add an index to one of our Google Spanner databases (for context I'm the…

I built Axe because I got tired of every AI tool trying to be a chatbot. Most frameworks want a long-lived session with a massive context window doing everything at once. That's expensive, slow, and fragile. Good software is small, focused, and composable... AI agents should be too. Axe treats LLM agents like Unix programs. Each agent is a TOML config with a focused job. Such as code reviewer, log analyzer, commit message writer. You can run them from the CLI, pipe data in, get results out. You can use pipes to chain them together. Or trigger from cron, git hooks, CI. What Axe is: - 12MB…

I started building a couple of years ago because I found no easy existing solution to build Slack bots that can be composed from/organized into plugins. Existing libraries like Bolt make it pretty easy to develop Slack bots, but hard to organize and scale the code base of your bot. I was also missing some crucial features such as scheduling actions for your bot. So I wrote my own framework! I recently rewrote the complete framework to make use of asyncio and the newest Slack SDK Let me know what you think!

PD founder here. Building integrations with all of your customer's systems is a core challenge for every company building agentic AI solutions. Connect is the easiest way for your users to connect to over 2,400+ APIs and get access to 10,000+ tools, right in your product or AI agent. You can build in-app messaging, CRM syncs, vertical agents, and much more, all in a few minutes. Hey HN, In the months since we initially released Burr (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=39917364), we have been hard at work. We wanted to share some of the most exciting changes we’ve made to build Burr out as a full-stack development framework for AI agents. In case you don’t recall, Burr is an open-source python library that makes it easier to build and debug GenAI applications & agents by representing them as graphs of simple python objects/functions. Burr only abstracts away system-level concerns (state persistence, debugging, observability), and does not…

Hello hackernews! I'm excited to share a new open source python library I just released for creating AI agent-integrated systems. The name is `agency`. It differs from other agent libraries, most importantly in that it's intended to address a distinct part of the overall problem, that of agent integration. It is not an agent toolchain like LangChain and others. `agency` is a framework intended for safely integrating agents with computing systems and humans in a way that all parties can easily understand and communicate with each other. I've spent a lot of time on the readme which contains a…

Axis One▲78I’ve been building a small hardware box that runs local LLMs like Mistral, Qwen and Llama, and exposes an OpenAI compatible API on your local network. There’s no cloud, no login system and no telemetry. I built it because a lot of small firms want ChatGPTbstyle tools but can’t use cloud AI for privacy or compliance reasons, and most don’t want to deal with GPU servers, drivers, Docker or model configs. The aim is to make local AI feel as simple as plugging in a router. Right now the box boots into a very simple web UI where you choose a model and start using it. The API follows the OpenAI…
