Eight months ago I watched a friend manage three walls of phones for his cross-border e-commerce operation — charging, swapping IPs, constantly worrying about bans. I asked myself: do people actually want the boxes, or just the Android environment inside? We built QCCBot to answer that. Full Android instances running on ARM servers, streamed to a browser. Open a tab, you get a phone. No hardware, no cables, no charging 100 machines on rotation. We have real users now — cross-border e-commerce, TikTok ops, app testing, remote work. Honestly, our users found the use cases before we did. What…

Just wanted to share my latest project Taskstax, it's just a simple Kanban kind of trello clone, built mainly for the learns, but it works too so it's online. Simple Kanban boards, easy login that takes you straight to it. It uses socket.io for data xfer after login which was fun to setup and also makes it work well. Totally free, any feedback would be cool or if you wanted some info on the tech just ask.

A while ago I started this side project to test if I could build a rich User Interface that would have about the same level of responsiveness than a "SPA-like" app, but using only htmx[1]... I still have plenty of stuff in my roadmap, but today it's in a playable state and I thought it could be interesting to share it - as it may be a nice demonstration of a relatively rich user interface powered by htmx :-) --> https://zakuchess.com As for the stack: it's built mostly with Django, htmx and Tailwind CSS. It uses a SQLite database, and is hosted (for free) at Fly. The characters'…

With the latest launch from Google I've added support for Gemma 3 270M, the speed for local LLM to TTS token time is incredible! This is an heavy obvious work in progress - any contributions or tips would be welcome. The idea is to have a fast moving edge model playground, and maybe have some utility (like the e reader) on the side.

I built Cygnus because of a long standing frustration with the compromises needed to be made when choosing a deployment option for web applications. The ecosystem is fragmented into a few distinct camps, each sacrificing user experience or runtime compatibility to balance isolation, startup latency, and their own profit margins. Docker: Heavier and slower because it has to supervise more than web apps. Paying overhead you don't need. MicroVM's: Good isolation, but huge maintenance surface area and substantial overhead. Great for untrusted code, overkill for your own apps. Workerd: Tries to…

After fine-tuning GPT for a personal project, I realized how tedious it is to write plain text in a massive JSON file. That's why I built this app for my own use, and I want to see if others could benefit from a tool like this as well ;)

This was submitted before but it didn't seem to get much attention because I don't think the title was very descriptive and the submitter was brand new. I almost didn't click it but once I did I thought the project was pretty awesome and had a lot of promise. Hope this doesn't violate the rules, I have no horse in the game, but the creator is here on the site so hopefully he'll be able to answer your questions.

It uses claude code with GLM-6 model which is cheap yet powerful for most of the cases. for deployment Cloudflare Workers. It is a 2 weeks of hard work! Lemme know what you think!

Just finished the first draft of my weekend project. Sadly my industry is far away from all the exciting machine learning developments happening right now, so I wrote this project as my first exploration into the world of LLMs. It's not perfect, but I'm excited to see where the project goes from here! https://github.com/clarkmcc/chitchat My main motivations were: - Easy-of-use: Many models are supported out-of-the-box so users don't have to figure out how to download, where to save, etc. - Intuitive: A clean interface - Cross platform: The project is written in Rust and…

This weekend I built a multi-agent coding system which, quite unexpectedly, beat Claude Code on Stanford's Terminal Bench! The architecture is straightforward, consisting of an orchestrator agent that deploys explorer & coder subagents to complete complex terminal based tasks, utilising an intelligent context sharing mechanism along the way which makes it all work. The repo has a lot of technical details, and all the code and prompts for you to play around with if you'd like! I had a lot of fun making this, I hope you have fun reading the README, using it yourself, or even extending it! As…

Hi, Sometimes I want to wrap an existing website into an Android app quickly so I made a service that does just that https://html2apk.com/ If you find it useful I'll be happy to hear about that, if you have any other comments/suggestions I'll be happy to hear about that too. 10x, Gilad
