I have been using golang at work and personally for more than 2 years now. A problem i faced when I started and the problem new gophers even today is how to structure the project. Most (if not all) golang tutorials seem to be very simple and do not describe how to structure a large application. We built Gonzo to make log analysis faster and friendlier in the terminal. Think of it like k9s for logs — a TUI that can ingest JSON, text, or OpenTelemetry (OTLP) logs, highlight and boil up patterns, and even run AI models locally or via API to summarize logs. We’re still iterating, so ideas and contributions are welcome!

Hi Everyone, I have been working on and off on Golang Cafe for a couple of years. Golang Cafe[0] is the first Go job board with no recruiters and clear salary ranges. Engineers apply directly to companies. There is always a developers section where you can submit your Go developer profile and get hired (for free)[1]. This weekend I have added a new feature. It's now possible to filter jobs by minimum compensation. So for example here's a list of all Go jobs paying at least $100,000+ a year[2]. The project is open source [3]. A brief overview: 1. Workflows steps share a running context, with access to data they need require. 2. Steps in the workflow (builders) are chained together based on a topologically sorted built from the predefined input & output. 3. No servers spin up (like Conductor/Cadence) - the orchestrator is low level and meant for simplifying business logic. 4. Before/After listeners for each step. Hi HN! During the last few years, I worked on a few applications built with Go, running on AWS Lambda. As I got to know the platform better, I started to find Go & Lambda to be a really productive combination. The applications were fast, and they ended up being much cheaper to run than what my team & I had built before.
