Hey all! I built Golazo because I wanted a minimal but effective way to get soccer live updates and catch up on finished matches right in my terminal. No browser tabs, no ads, no distractions: just clean match data where I already spend most of my day. Faceoff is a TUI app written in Python to follow live NHL games and browse standings and stats. I got the inspiration from Playball, a similar TUI app for MLB games that was featured on HN. The app was mostly vibe-coded with Claude Code, but not one-shot. I added features and fixed bugs by using it, as I spent way too much time in the terminal over the last few months. Try it out with `uvx faceoff` (requires uv).

I’ve been working on gotui, a modern fork of the unmaintained termui, rebuilt on top of tcell for TrueColor, mouse support, and proper resize handling. It keeps the simple termui-style API, but adds a bunch of new widgets (charts, gauges, world map, etc.), nicer visuals (collapsed borders, rounded corners), and input components for building real dashboards and tools. Under the hood the renderer’s been reworked for much better performance, and I’d love feedback on what’s missing for you to use it in production.

We built Gonzo to make log analysis faster and friendlier in the terminal. Think of it like k9s for logs — a TUI that can ingest JSON, text, or OpenTelemetry (OTLP) logs, highlight and boil up patterns, and even run AI models locally or via API to summarize logs. We’re still iterating, so ideas and contributions are welcome!

I built a terminal UI for browsing Grafana dashboards. It connects to any Grafana instance and lets you explore dashboards without leaving the terminal. It renders the most common panel types (time series, bar charts, gauges, heatmaps etc.). You can change the time range, set dashboard variables and filter series. I built this because I spend most of my day in the terminal and wanted a quick way to glance at dashboards without switching to the browser. I've been building go-tui (https://go-tui.dev), a terminal UI framework for Go inspired by the templ framework for the web (https://templ.guide/). The syntax should be familiar to templ users and is quite different from other terminal frameworks like bubbletea. Instead of imperative widget manipulation or bubbletea's elm architecture, you write HTML-like syntax and Tailwind-style classes that can intermingle with regular Go code in a new .gsx filetype. NBA API endpoints are public and there’s a pretty robust python package ( https://github.com/swar/nba_api ) that I referenced for the endpoint structure to build an sdk in go. used BubbleTea and LipGloss for styling.
